Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and validation of complex engineering projects, including system architecture, prototyping, and testing.
- Serve as the technical authority, mentoring junior engineers and resolving high-impact technical issues across multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and trade-off analyses to optimize project outcomes in terms of performance, cost, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and customers, to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Implement advanced engineering tools and methodologies, such as model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and digital twins, to accelerate project timelines.

- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects from concept to production (experience)
- Expertise in engineering design tools and simulation software (e.g., CATIA, ANSYS, MATLAB) (experience)
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and product lifecycle management (experience)
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality standards in a manufacturing environment (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or an MBA with a technical focus (experience)
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or INCOSE CSEP (experience)
- 10+ years in high-tech industries with international project exposure (experience)
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop advanced engineering solutions for complex systems, including CAD modeling, finite element analysis, and performance optimization
- Lead technical reviews, gate processes, and failure mode analysis to mitigate risks and ensure project success
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing
- Interface with customers and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Drive the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT, AI/ML integration, and predictive analytics in project deliverables
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
