Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced software architectures for embedded systems and real-time applications.
- Enhance and maintain high-performance software components, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security in aerospace and industrial IoT environments.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies.
- Optimize software performance through code refactoring, algorithmic improvements, and integration of modern development practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives.
- Conduct code reviews, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure compliance with industry standards like DO-178C and MISRA.

- Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster or AWS Certified Developer (experience)
- Experience with aerospace software standards (e.g., DO-178C) or industrial IoT platforms (experience)

- Architect and implement robust software solutions for Honeywell's aerospace and building automation products
- Lead cross-functional teams in agile development sprints, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality code
- Perform in-depth analysis and resolution of intricate software defects in production environments
- Drive performance enhancements through profiling tools and advanced algorithms
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with embedded systems and sensors
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to achieve 95%+ code coverage
- Contribute to innovation by prototyping emerging technologies like AI/ML integration
