Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced software architectures for embedded systems and real-time applications.
  • Enhance and maintain high-performance software components, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security in aerospace and industrial IoT environments.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies.
  • Optimize software performance through code refactoring, algorithmic improvements, and integration of modern development practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives.
  • Conduct code reviews, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure compliance with industry standards like DO-178C and MISRA.

As an Advanced Software Engineer here at Honeywell, you will lead advanced software development projects, enhance and maintain critical software components, and troubleshoot complex issues.
