Key Responsibilities

- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure robust, secure, and efficient software deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, product managers, and data scientists to integrate software with hardware and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, drive agile methodologies, and contribute to technical roadmaps for emerging technologies like AI/ML and edge computing.
- Perform unit, integration, and system testing, while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as DO-178C for aerospace or ISO 26262 for safety-critical systems.

- Proven expertise in C++, Python, or Java for developing high-performance, real-time applications (experience)
- Strong experience with software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures (experience)
- Hands-on knowledge of embedded systems, Linux/RTOS, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) (experience)
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (experience)
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, ISTQB, or safety-critical software standards (DO-178C) (experience)
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) or cybersecurity in software systems (experience)
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable software solutions for embedded and distributed systems using C++, Python, and modern DevOps tools
- Lead design and development of real-time control systems and IoT edge applications with a focus on performance optimization
- Perform comprehensive testing, including unit, integration, and system-level validation, to meet rigorous quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate software with hardware prototypes and deploy to production environments
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices in agile sprints
- Analyze system requirements, prototype innovative features, and contribute to technical documentation and patents
- Troubleshoot complex issues in production software, implementing fixes and enhancements for reliability
