Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement scalable software solutions for embedded systems, IoT platforms, and cloud-integrated applications.
  • Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Optimize algorithms and data structures to improve system efficiency in real-time aerospace and industrial control environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to integrate software with hardware components.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce best practices in agile methodologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues in production environments using advanced debugging tools.

  • Experience with software architecture design and full lifecycle development (experience)
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices (experience)
  • Ability to obtain security clearance for sensitive projects (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (experience)
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer or ISTQB (experience)
  • Experience in aerospace, IoT, or industrial automation domains (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance software modules for embedded systems and IoT edge devices
  • Lead technical reviews and implement robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and system tests
  • Integrate machine learning models into software applications for predictive analytics
  • Collaborate with global teams to define software requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards like DO-178C
  • Optimize software for performance, scalability, and security in cloud and on-premise environments
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Document software designs, APIs, and deployment procedures for maintainability
