Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance of embedded and real-time systems.
- Develop and optimize algorithms for data processing, IoT integration, and predictive analytics in industrial applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, product managers, and data scientists, to deliver high-quality, reliable software.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to ensure robust, secure, and efficient applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence through best practices in agile methodologies and DevOps.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and contribute to innovation in Honeywell's digital transformation initiatives.

- Hands-on knowledge of embedded systems, Linux/RTOS, and CI/CD pipelines (experience)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-impact projects (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (experience)
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or relevant DevOps tools (experience)
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch in industrial contexts (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced software architectures for scalable, high-performance applications in aerospace and industrial domains
- Lead end-to-end development of embedded software systems, ensuring compliance with safety-critical standards like DO-178C
- Implement and optimize IoT solutions for real-time data acquisition and edge computing
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate software with hardware and firmware components
- Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and performance analysis to achieve zero-defect deployments
- Drive innovation by prototyping new features using AI, machine learning, and digital twin technologies
- Document technical specifications and mentor team members on best practices
