Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with software, hardware, and quality assurance teams to integrate subsystems and resolve complex technical challenges.

- Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies (experience)
- Strong understanding of systems engineering standards (e.g., INCOSE, ARP4754A) (experience)
- U.S. citizenship or ability to obtain security clearance due to ITAR/EAR requirements (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Systems Engineering or related field (experience)
- Professional certifications such as INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) (experience)
- Experience with digital twins, IoT, or AI-driven system optimization (experience)
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end system solutions for Honeywell's aerospace and automation portfolios, ensuring interoperability and performance
- Perform requirements analysis, decomposition, and traceability using tools like DOORS or Polarion
- Lead system integration testing, including hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) simulations
- Identify and mitigate system risks through FMEA and HAZOP analyses
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements in agile development environments
- Interface with customers and suppliers to define system specifications and resolve integration issues
- Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies into product roadmaps
