Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex user interfaces, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and analytics review, to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless, accessible user experiences.
- Design advanced interaction patterns, micro-interactions, and responsive layouts optimized for desktop, mobile, and IoT devices.
- Champion UX best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design system governance within agile development cycles.
- Analyze user data and performance metrics to iterate on designs, driving measurable improvements in user satisfaction and engagement.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to Honeywell's design community through workshops and knowledge sharing.

- Proven portfolio showcasing advanced user experience projects in tech or industrial sectors (experience)
- Experience with user-centered design methodologies and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (experience)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles (experience)
- Ability to work on-site in a collaborative U.S.-based environment (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent (experience)
- Certifications such as Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification or Google UX Design Professional Certificate (experience)

Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives to identify pain points and opportunities in complex workflows
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools
- Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides for scalability
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and implemented effectively
- Analyze A/B test results and user analytics to optimize UX performance metrics
