Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and safety in a fast-paced international environment. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of raw materials, components, and finished goods, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and reporting discrepancies.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations using optimized shelving and racking systems to maximize space utilization and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) compliance.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for domestic and international shipping, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) to generate labels, manifests, and shipping documents.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits to maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy and minimize stock variances.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet trucks, and conveyor systems safely, adhering to OSHA and Honeywell safety protocols.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality teams to resolve logistical issues, expedite urgent orders, and support continuous improvement initiatives like Lean Six Sigma.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, perform preventive maintenance on equipment, and update digital records in ERP systems like SAP.

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (experience)
- Experience in aerospace or manufacturing supply chain environments (experience)
Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming goods, updating inventory records in real-time via WMS
- Manage stock rotation and storage to ensure product integrity and compliance with quality standards
- Process picking, packing, and shipping of orders with 100% accuracy and on-time delivery
- Perform daily cycle counts and monthly full inventories to reconcile discrepancies
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely while maintaining equipment logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs
- Identify and report process improvements, contributing to Kaizen events and audits
