Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn to address real-world problems in aerospace, energy, and safety-critical domains.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and efficiency on cloud platforms such as AWS SageMaker or Azure ML.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and integrate them into Honeywell's product roadmap.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or related field (experience)
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning or Google Professional ML Engineer (experience)
- Domain experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or IoT applications (experience)
Responsibilities

- Perform model training, validation, hyperparameter tuning, and performance optimization
