Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models, including deep learning architectures for computer vision, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Optimize AI systems for production environments, ensuring high performance, scalability, and low latency using cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to achieve state-of-the-art accuracy and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends, integrating tools like generative AI and edge computing to innovate Honeywell's product portfolio.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or related field (experience)

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI algorithms and deep learning models to solve real-world business problems in scalability and efficiency
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into Honeywell's enterprise systems and products
- Perform model tuning, hyperparameter optimization, and A/B testing to maximize performance metrics
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Spark, or similar tools to derive actionable insights
- Document technical architectures, create reusable code libraries, and contribute to open-source AI initiatives
- Ensure AI systems comply with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards
