Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures according to detailed blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings.
  • Perform quality inspections at each assembly stage, identifying defects and ensuring adherence to Honeywell's ISO-certified standards and customer specifications.
  • Operate basic manufacturing equipment, such as torque wrenches, presses, and soldering stations, while maintaining production quotas in a lean manufacturing environment.
  • Follow strict safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and PPE usage, to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional groups to resolve assembly issues, suggest process improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen events.
  • Accurately record production data in Honeywell's ERP system and maintain a clean, organized workstation compliant with 5S methodologies.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills in assembly techniques and Honeywell product lines.

  • Identify and report process deviations or material issues to supervisors for immediate resolution
  • Maintain accurate production records and inventory counts in digital systems
  • Participate in team huddles and continuous improvement activities to enhance workflow
