Key Responsibilities
- Assemble complex mechanical and electronic components using blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings to ensure precision and compliance with specifications.
- Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Operate manual, semi-automated, and automated assembly equipment, including torque tools, soldering stations, and robotic assists, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues, identify root causes of defects, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and scrap rates.
- Maintain accurate production records, including labor tracking, material usage, and quality documentation in Honeywell's ERP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to support process improvements and continuous enhancement initiatives.
- Follow all Honeywell safety, environmental, and lean manufacturing standards to foster a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
- Assemble intricate components for aerospace products following detailed engineering specifications and quality standards
- Conduct rigorous visual and mechanical inspections to detect and document defects, ensuring zero-escape quality
- Set up and operate assembly tooling, fixtures, and equipment to achieve high-volume production targets
- Identify and report process deviations, participating in root cause analysis and kaizen events for improvements
- Accurately record production data and maintain 5S workplace organization for efficiency and safety
- Support inventory management by verifying parts and reporting shortages to maintain production flow
- Train and mentor junior assemblers on best practices and safety procedures
