Preferred Qualifications
- IPC-A-610 certification for electronics assemblies (experience)
- Experience with soldering and wire harness assembly (experience)
- AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality management system knowledge (experience)
Responsibilities
- Precisely assemble complex products from raw materials and sub-assemblies following detailed work instructions and engineering drawings
- Conduct in-process and final inspections using calibrated tools to ensure products meet Honeywell's stringent quality and tolerance requirements
- Diagnose and resolve assembly discrepancies, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures
- Safely operate manual, pneumatic, and automated assembly equipment while maintaining production schedules
- Document assembly processes, test results, and non-conformances in digital systems for traceability and reporting
- Participate in team huddles and kaizen events to suggest process improvements and enhance efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation compliant with 5S standards and safety regulations
