Reporting directly to the Team Lead, you will contribute to the production of cutting-edge technologies that power global industries. Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic components using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to exact specifications.
  • Perform functional and environmental testing on assemblies, including pressure, electrical, and thermal tests, while documenting results accurately.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in assemblies, implementing corrective actions to minimize defects and downtime.
  • Operate specialized test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and automated test stations to validate product integrity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to 5S principles and Honeywell's safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support process improvements and root cause analysis for non-conformances.
  • Accurately record production data in Honeywell's manufacturing execution system (MES) for traceability and reporting.

  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings (experience)
  • Experience with precision hand tools, power tools, and test equipment (experience)
  • Ability to pass Honeywell's skills assessment and background check (experience)
  • Shift work availability, including 2nd shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm) (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • IPC-A-610 certification for Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies (experience)
  • Experience in aerospace or high-reliability manufacturing (e.g., AS9100 standards) (experience)
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Precisely assemble advanced products using engineering drawings, bills of material, and assembly instructions
  • Conduct rigorous in-process and final testing to verify functionality, tolerances, and compliance with specifications
  • Identify, document, and resolve assembly defects through root cause analysis and rework
  • Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure measurement accuracy and reliability
  • Support production ramp-ups by training junior technicians and optimizing workflows
  • Comply with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations, including ESD control and FOD prevention
  • Update digital work instructions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
