Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast budgets, track variances, and analyze performance metrics for multi-site facilities operations.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cost-benefit assessments, ROI calculations, and trend forecasting to support facilities management decisions.
  • Collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements across global sites.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards using advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver insights.
  • Manage annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and control operational expenses, including utilities, maintenance, and capital projects, while mitigating financial risks.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, such as facilities expansion analysis or vendor contract evaluations, providing data-backed recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or CPA/CMA certification (experience)
  • Experience in facilities management or real estate finance (experience)
  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting and ESG metrics (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain financial models to forecast and track facilities budgets across multiple sites
  • Lead monthly variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholders using BI tools
  • Collaborate with facilities operations teams to evaluate capital projects and vendor contracts
  • Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and support audit processes
  • Drive process automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency
