  • Drive demand generation through targeted campaigns, such as digital marketing, webinars, trade shows, and lead nurturing programs tailored to partner ecosystems.
  • Analyze channel performance metrics using tools like Salesforce and marketing analytics platforms to optimize strategies and report insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, and global marketing teams to align channel initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including partner portals, sales playbooks, and promotional materials to empower channel teams.

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation tools like Marketo or HubSpot (experience)
  • Strong understanding of global channel ecosystems, including distributors, VARs, and resellers (experience)
  • Ability to travel up to 25% internationally as needed (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing or MBA (experience)
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound) (experience)
  • Experience in the aerospace, building automation, or industrial technology industries (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement channel marketing plans, including joint business plans and incentive programs to boost partner engagement
