Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage channel operations frameworks, including partner onboarding, performance tracking, and incentive programs to drive partner engagement and sales growth.
  • Develop and execute operational playbooks for international channel partners, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and Honeywell's global standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize channel processes, leveraging data analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as partner revenue, margin attainment, and program adoption, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives and launch new partner initiatives.
  • Conduct regular partner business reviews, resolve escalations, and negotiate contracts to maximize mutual value and long-term partnerships.
  • Drive digital transformation in channel operations through CRM tools, automation, and AI-driven forecasting to enhance efficiency and forecasting accuracy.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and partner incentive structures (experience)
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25% (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Channel Sales Professional (CCSP) or APICS CSCP (experience)
  • Experience in aerospace, building technologies, or industrial automation industries (experience)
