Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration through indirect sales channels.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and resellers to maximize joint business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, partner performance metrics, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to co-create partner enablement programs, including training, certifications, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance reviews and contract negotiations.
  • Track and report on channel sales KPIs, forecasting revenue pipelines and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to optimize channel programs and drive continuous improvement.

  • Experience managing partner programs, including recruitment, enablement, and performance optimization (experience)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools (experience)
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for partner meetings and industry events (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Channel Sales Professional (CCSP) or Salesforce Certified Administrator (experience)
  • Experience in B2B sales within aerospace, building technologies, or safety industries (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement channel sales strategies to expand Honeywell's market share and achieve annual revenue targets
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of high-performing channel partners across the US
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to align on goals, resolve issues, and identify upselling opportunities
  • Develop joint marketing and sales campaigns with partners to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
  • Monitor channel performance using KPIs such as partner revenue, mindshare, and customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts, incentive programs, and pricing models to ensure mutual profitability
  • Provide training and resources to partners on Honeywell's product portfolio and value propositions
