Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic channel sales plans to identify, recruit, and onboard new partners in targeted international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing them with product training, marketing support, and joint business planning to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Drive partner performance through targeted campaigns, incentive programs, and co-selling initiatives, achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and partner needs, delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and technical teams to align channel strategies with Honeywell's innovation roadmap.
  • Monitor partner sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Represent Honeywell at industry events, partner summits, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas through indirect channel programs (experience)
  • Experience working with international markets and cross-cultural teams (experience)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms (experience)
  • Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and partner ecosystems (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Certifications in channel sales (e.g., Partner Relationship Management) or Honeywell product lines (experience)
  • Experience in aerospace, building automation, or industrial IoT sectors (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and recruit high-potential channel partners to expand Honeywell's global footprint
  • Co-develop joint go-to-market strategies and execute promotional campaigns to drive partner-led sales
  • Provide partners with comprehensive training on Honeywell products, solutions, and competitive differentiators
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and partner feedback to optimize programs and resolve issues proactively
  • Negotiate partner agreements, incentives, and contracts to ensure mutual profitability and alignment
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with key partners to set goals, track progress, and celebrate wins
  • Generate and nurture sales leads through partner referrals, digital marketing, and industry events
