Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, resolving inquiries via phone, email, chat, and digital platforms with empathy and efficiency.
  • Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for service improvement, using tools like Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Develop and implement personalized customer engagement strategies, including proactive outreach and tailored communication in Dutch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and engineering) to ensure seamless customer journeys and escalate complex issues for resolution.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as CSAT, NPS, and resolution times, generating reports and recommendations to optimize processes.
  • Contribute to the creation of multilingual self-service resources, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and chatbot scripts in Dutch.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training programs, and customer experience workshops to elevate service standards.

  • Proven track record of handling customer inquiries in a B2B or high-volume contact center setting (experience)
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk (experience)
  • Familiarity with customer experience metrics (CSAT, NPS) and data analysis tools (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Customer Experience Management or Marketing (experience)
  • Certification in Customer Service (e.g., CCXP) or Six Sigma Green Belt (experience)
  • Experience in the aerospace, manufacturing, or technology industry (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first-line support for Dutch-speaking customers, resolving complex technical and service-related inquiries within SLA timelines
  • Conduct root cause analysis on customer issues and collaborate with product teams to implement preventive solutions
  • Design and execute customer satisfaction surveys and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop multilingual content for digital self-service portals, ensuring cultural relevance for Dutch markets
  • Track and report on CX KPIs using analytics platforms, providing actionable insights to leadership
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices for Dutch customer interactions
  • Participate in voice-of-customer programs to influence product roadmap and service enhancements
