  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to design tailored service solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Implement data-driven strategies using analytics tools to monitor service performance, identify trends, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Drive digital transformation in service delivery by integrating Honeywell Forge IoT platforms and AI-driven predictive maintenance capabilities.
  • Manage P&L for service portfolios, optimizing costs while maximizing revenue growth through upselling and contract renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards (ISO 9001), and Honeywell's safety protocols across all operations.

  • Proven track record of managing service contracts and SLAs with multimillion-dollar portfolios (experience)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization (experience)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) (experience)
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Operations Management (experience)
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean certification (experience)
  • Experience in IoT, predictive analytics, or digital service platforms (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute service delivery strategies to optimize customer lifecycle value and retention
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including response times, resolution rates, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
  • Lead root cause analysis for service escalations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Negotiate and manage vendor partnerships to enhance service capabilities and reduce costs
  • Champion customer feedback loops to drive product and service improvements across Honeywell business units
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders at executive levels
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training programs and process automation
