Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Learning.
- Configure and customize HCM applications to align with Honeywell's global HR processes and compliance standards.
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops, design system solutions, and coordinate with offshore vendors for development and deployment.
- Oversee testing phases (unit, integration, UAT), develop training programs, and provide post-go-live support to minimize disruptions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex HCM issues, optimizing system performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HCM with other enterprise systems like ERP and analytics platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging HCM analytics for data-driven HR insights.

Summary
Honeywell is looking for a Delivery Lead - Talent with hands on experience in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM. As an Oracle Fusion HCM Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining Oracles Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. This role involves working with the business to understand their HR needs, configuring or coordinating with vendors to adapt the system accordingly, providing ongoing support, and ensuring the system aligns with business requirements. You will also play a key role in testing, training, and troubleshooting issues related to the Oracle Fusion HCM system.

- Proven track record as a Delivery Lead or Functional Consultant in HCM projects (experience)
- Strong understanding of HR business processes including talent acquisition, performance management, and learning (experience)
- Experience with full lifecycle implementations, including configuration, testing, and go-live support (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications (e.g., Implementation Specialist, Functional Consultant) (experience)
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field (experience)
- Experience with HCM Analytics, Redwood UX, or integrations with Oracle ERP Cloud (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions tailored to business needs
- Gather and analyze HR requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
- Coordinate with development teams and vendors to customize modules like Recruiting, Goals & Performance, and Career Development
- Manage testing cycles, including developing test scripts and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide training to end-users and create documentation for system processes and troubleshooting
- Monitor system performance post-implementation, resolve incidents, and implement enhancements
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure HCM alignment with enterprise architecture and regulatory compliance
