Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-year channel marketing strategies aligned with Honeywell's business objectives to drive partner-led revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Oversee the creation of channel-specific marketing campaigns, including co-branded content, demand generation programs, and digital enablement tools to empower partners.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize partner programs, incentives, and performance metrics, ensuring seamless execution across global regions.
  • Analyze channel performance data using advanced analytics to identify opportunities, forecast trends, and refine strategies for sustained growth.

  • Proven track record of driving channel revenue growth through strategic programs (experience)
  • Experience in global markets with understanding of distribution and reseller ecosystems (experience)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and marketing automation tools (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing, MBA, or equivalent (experience)
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) or channel management (experience)
  • Experience in industrial IoT, aerospace, or building automation industries (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive channel marketing strategies to drive partner recruitment, enablement, and revenue growth across distribution networks
  • Lead the development of partner portals, MDF (Market Development Funds) programs, and incentive structures to maximize channel performance
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and digital teams to create co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and content that accelerate pipeline generation
  • Monitor and report on channel KPIs using data analytics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with top-tier channel partners, negotiating joint business plans and co-innovation initiatives
  • Manage annual channel marketing budget, optimizing spend for ROI while scaling global programs
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
