  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technology sectors (e.g., aerospace, energy, or building technologies) (experience)
  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools (experience)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets in a matrixed organization (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree (experience)
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo) (experience)
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven personalization or customer journey orchestration (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to enhance engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value across Honeywell's customer segments
  • Lead the creation of personalized campaigns using data insights, A/B testing, and multi-channel tactics to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and digital teams to identify customer pain points and co-create targeted marketing solutions
  • Oversee the management of customer data platforms (CDP) and marketing automation tools to enable scalable, one-to-one marketing at enterprise scale
  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as NPS, retention rates, and CLV, and provide strategic recommendations for optimization
  • Build and mentor a team of marketing professionals, setting goals and fostering a culture of innovation and results-oriented execution
  • Represent customer marketing in executive forums, aligning initiatives with Honeywell's broader growth and sustainability objectives
