Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer marketing strategies tailored to BMS customers, including segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalized engagement programs to drive retention and expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze customer data, identify pain points, and launch targeted campaigns using digital channels, events, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Collaborate with product management to align marketing initiatives with BMS product roadmaps, ensuring campaigns highlight features like energy efficiency, IoT integration, and predictive analytics.
  • Measure campaign performance through KPIs such as customer lifetime value (CLV), net promoter score (NPS), and engagement metrics, optimizing for ROI and business impact.
  • Champion customer advocacy programs, including case studies, testimonials, and reference networks to amplify success stories in the commercial real estate and facilities management markets.

  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement and revenue growth through data-driven strategies (experience)
  • Deep understanding of building management systems, IoT, or PropTech markets (experience)
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and marketing automation tools like Marketo (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing, MBA, or equivalent (experience)
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) or customer experience (e.g., CCXP) (experience)
  • Experience in sustainability-focused marketing or energy management solutions (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel customer marketing campaigns to enhance engagement and loyalty across BMS customer segments
  • Lead the development of customer journey maps and personalized nurture programs using advanced analytics
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create ABM strategies targeting key enterprise accounts in commercial real estate
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including webinars, whitepapers, and case studies showcasing BMS value
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to refine strategies and report on KPIs to senior leadership
  • Build and mentor a high-performing customer marketing team while managing external agency partners
  • Drive innovation in customer advocacy and loyalty programs to increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities
