Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to deeply understand customer needs—from commercial building owners to industrial facilities—and deliver targeted campaigns that position Honeywell as the trusted leader in fire protection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer marketing strategies, including segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing, to boost retention rates by 20%+ and expand wallet share in the fire safety market.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and launch multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content) tailored to fire safety professionals, end-users, and channel partners.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends using tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics to identify opportunities and measure campaign ROI.
  • Partner with product teams to create customer education content, case studies, and thought leadership on fire safety innovations.
  • Manage a team of marketing specialists, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Honeywell’s commitment to innovation and customer obsession.
  • Drive advocacy programs, including customer reference networks and loyalty initiatives, to enhance brand equity in competitive fire protection landscapes.

  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement and revenue growth through data-driven strategies (experience)
  • Experience in the fire safety, building technologies, or industrial IoT industries (experience)
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and customer analytics tools (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing, MBA, or equivalent (experience)
  • Certifications in digital marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot) or customer experience (CCXP) (experience)
  • Experience with loyalty programs or Nurture Marketing in regulated industries (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to enhance engagement, loyalty, and growth in the Fire business unit
  • Lead the creation of targeted campaigns across email, web, social, and events to reach fire safety stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing with customer journey needs
  • Analyze customer insights and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on KPIs like NPS and CLV
  • Manage and mentor a team of 5-8 marketing professionals, setting goals and driving professional development
  • Oversee budget allocation and vendor partnerships for customer marketing initiatives
  • Champion customer advocacy through testimonials, referrals, and co-marketing opportunities
