Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer marketing strategies tailored to Honeywell's software offerings, focusing on segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Lead the creation of targeted multi-channel campaigns, including email nurturing, webinars, in-app messaging, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs, leveraging customer data and analytics.
  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to identify high-value accounts, uncover pain points, and co-create personalized experiences that drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal rates.
  • Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends using tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics to optimize strategies and report on KPIs such as engagement rates, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and revenue attribution.
  • Champion customer advocacy initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, and reference programs, to amplify success stories and build community within our software user base.

  • Master's degree in Marketing, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree (experience)
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo) (experience)
  • Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) or customer success marketing within Fortune 500 companies (experience)
