Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field from a recognized university (experience)
  • 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing multidisciplinary teams (experience)
  • Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects in aerospace, industrial automation, or building technologies (experience)
  • Deep expertise in systems engineering, software/hardware integration, and product lifecycle management (experience)
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in high-stakes industries (e.g., FAA, EASA, or equivalent) (experience)
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to align technical strategies with commercial goals (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA in Engineering Management or related field (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (experience)
  • International experience leading engineering teams in a global matrix organization (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full engineering lifecycle from concept to production, ensuring robust, scalable solutions for Honeywell products
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent while building high-performing teams in a hybrid environment
  • Champion innovation by identifying R&D opportunities and integrating advanced technologies like machine learning and digital twins
  • Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and root cause analyses to maintain product quality and reliability
  • Partner with global stakeholders to define engineering roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on market trends
