Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design efforts to optimize structure and capabilities in a hybrid, international environment.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs, performance management, and culture-building activities tailored to regional needs.
  • Partner with senior executives to provide data-driven insights on HR metrics, labor market trends, and risk mitigation, influencing business decisions.
  • Oversee compliance with local labor laws, Honeywell global policies, and ethical standards across multiple Pacific countries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in HR Management, MBA, or equivalent (experience)
  • SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent global HR certification (experience)
  • Experience in M&A integration or large-scale organizational change in multinational settings (experience)
