Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies for the Pacific Building Automation business unit, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention to support revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design efforts to optimize structure and capabilities in a hybrid, international environment.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs, performance management, and culture-building activities tailored to regional needs.
- Partner with senior executives to provide data-driven insights on HR metrics, labor market trends, and risk mitigation, influencing business decisions.
- Oversee compliance with local labor laws, Honeywell global policies, and ethical standards across multiple Pacific countries.
- Champion change management for major initiatives like digital transformation and building automation technology integrations.

- Experience in Building Automation, Industrial Automation, or similar high-tech industries (experience)
- Strong understanding of HR technologies and analytics tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR Management, MBA, or equivalent (experience)
- SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent global HR certification (experience)
- Experience in M&A integration or large-scale organizational change in multinational settings (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with Building Automation business objectives to drive talent pipelines and leadership development
- Lead talent acquisition and employer branding efforts to attract top engineering and technical talent in competitive Pacific markets
- Analyze HR data and workforce trends to provide actionable recommendations to executive leadership
- Foster a high-performance culture through employee engagement surveys, DEI initiatives, and recognition programs
- Manage compensation and benefits programs compliant with local regulations while optimizing costs
