- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business KPIs, risk mitigation, and adherence to Honeywell's governance standards.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multimillion-dollar IT budgets and vendor ecosystems (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Systems, MBA, or equivalent (experience)
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMP, or ITIL Expert (experience)
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial sectors with exposure to ERP systems like SAP (experience)
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement strategic IT roadmaps for BA services, aligning with Honeywell's business priorities and innovation goals
- Recruit, mentor, and performance-manage a team of 15+ business analysts to deliver high-impact solutions
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to elicit requirements, define user stories, and prioritize IT initiatives using data-driven insights
- Oversee portfolio of BA projects, from ideation through deployment, ensuring 95%+ on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Integrate advanced analytics and automation tools into BA processes to enhance efficiency and decision-making
- Mitigate IT risks by leading audits, compliance reviews, and business continuity planning for BA services
- Foster cross-functional partnerships with engineering, finance, and operations to drive enterprise-wide value
