Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that supports Honeywell's global operations, including cloud migration, cybersecurity enhancements, and AI-driven analytics.
- Lead a team of IT professionals in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable enterprise systems, ensuring 99.9% uptime and compliance with industry regulations like GDPR and NIST.
- Oversee IT budgeting, vendor management, and procurement, optimizing costs while delivering high ROI on technology investments exceeding $50M annually.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions with business processes, such as ERP optimization and supply chain digitization.
- Drive innovation initiatives, including adoption of emerging technologies like IoT, machine learning, and low-code platforms to enhance productivity and customer experiences.
- Ensure enterprise-wide cybersecurity posture through risk assessments, incident response planning, and employee training programs.
- Mentor and develop IT talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile methodologies.

- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in a large enterprise environment (experience)
- 5+ years in a director-level role managing IT operations, infrastructure, and digital transformation (experience)
- Proven track record of leading large-scale IT projects with budgets over $10M (experience)
- Deep experience in regulated industries such as aerospace, manufacturing, or energy (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Information Systems (experience)
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell or similar Fortune 100 companies in IT strategy (experience)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year IT roadmaps aligned with corporate goals and emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of cloud-native architectures and hybrid IT environments
- Manage IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks to mitigate enterprise risks
- Optimize IT service delivery through agile practices, DevOps, and service desk automation
- Negotiate and manage strategic vendor partnerships for software, hardware, and SaaS solutions
- Champion data analytics and AI initiatives to drive business intelligence and predictive insights
- Build and lead high-performing IT teams through talent acquisition, coaching, and performance management
