Reporting to the VP of Strategic Accounts, you will collaborate across Honeywell's Intelligent Buildings and Energy Transition segments to unlock multi-million-dollar opportunities in hyperscale and enterprise data centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for assigned large Data Center customers, identifying growth opportunities in cooling systems, power management, fire safety, and sustainable building technologies.
  • Cultivate C-level relationships with key stakeholders, translating customer pain points into customized Honeywell solution roadmaps that drive revenue expansion and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams—including sales, engineering, product management, and service delivery—to deliver integrated solutions that enhance data center efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
  • Negotiate complex, high-value contracts and renewals, achieving annual targets for bookings, revenue, and profitability while mitigating risks in global supply chains.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to anticipate customer needs in AI-driven data center expansion, edge computing, and net-zero goals.
  • Champion customer success through regular business reviews, performance metrics tracking, and proactive innovation workshops.
  • Collaborate with Honeywell's global R&D teams to influence product development aligned with strategic account requirements.

  • Proven track record managing global, Fortune 500-level accounts with annual revenues exceeding $50M (experience)
  • Deep understanding of data center operations, including hyperscale facilities, cooling, power systems, and sustainability challenges (experience)
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiating complex enterprise agreements and driving multi-year growth strategies (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) or data center-specific credentials (e.g., CDCP, Uptime Institute) (experience)
  • Prior experience in Honeywell or similar Fortune 100 industrial technology firms (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own the full account lifecycle for 1-3 strategic Data Center customers, developing multi-year strategic plans to achieve 20%+ YoY growth
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships, conducting quarterly business reviews to align Honeywell solutions with customer KPIs
  • Lead solution design workshops, integrating Honeywell's portfolio in building automation, fire/life safety, and energy optimization for data centers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver proof-of-concept pilots and scale successful innovations into enterprise-wide deployments
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to forecast demand and identify upsell opportunities in emerging areas like liquid cooling and modular data centers
  • Drive contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and risk management to secure profitable, long-term commitments
  • Mentor junior account managers and contribute to Honeywell's sales enablement through case studies and best practices
