Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the strategic roadmap for a portfolio of offerings, conducting market analysis to identify unmet needs in aerospace, building automation, or industrial IoT.
  • Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through commercialization, including pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure offerings deliver exceptional value and competitive differentiation.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and voice-of-customer research to inform offering enhancements and innovation pipelines.
  • Manage P&L accountability for assigned offerings, targeting revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share gains.
  • Foster partnerships with key customers and ecosystem players to co-develop tailored solutions.
  • Mentor and build high-performing offering management teams, promoting a culture of agility and data-driven decision-making.

  • 10+ years of experience in product/offering management, preferably in industrial technology, aerospace, or building technologies (experience)
  • 5+ years in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams and P&L responsibility (experience)
  • Proven track record of launching successful offerings with multimillion-dollar revenue impact (experience)
  • Deep understanding of B2B markets, customer segmentation, and value proposition development (experience)
  • Experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or advanced engineering degree (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Pragmatic Institute (experience)
  • International experience managing offerings across multiple regions (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive offering strategies aligned with Honeywell's business unit objectives and market trends
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new offerings or portfolio enhancements
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering to define product requirements and ensure seamless integration of Honeywell technologies
  • Drive pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Monitor offering performance using KPIs, conducting regular reviews and pivots based on data insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales, channel partners, and key customers to gather feedback and drive adoption
  • Mentor junior offering managers and contribute to talent development within the organization
