  • 5+ years in a leadership position managing global sales teams or programs (experience)
  • Proven track record of driving sales process improvements that result in measurable revenue growth (experience)
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms (experience)
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 30% as needed (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree (experience)
  • Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) or similar sales certifications (experience)
  • Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or high-tech industries (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead the implementation of scalable sales excellence frameworks to standardize processes across global regions
  • Optimize sales enablement tools, including digital platforms, training curricula, and performance dashboards
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales funnels and pipelines to recommend and execute process enhancements
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and accelerate deal velocity
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to track sales performance and forecast accuracy, reporting to senior leadership
  • Drive adoption of sales technologies and AI-driven insights to empower field teams
  • Mentor sales leaders and facilitate change management for new initiatives
