  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) or equivalent (experience)
  • Experience in selling IoT, automation, or sustainability-focused solutions (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to drive annual revenue growth exceeding targets by 15-20%
  • Recruit, train, and performance-manage a team of 15+ sales representatives and managers
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify new business opportunities
  • Negotiate complex, high-value contracts with Fortune 500 clients and strategic partners
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and enablement materials
  • Utilize data-driven insights from Salesforce and BI tools to forecast sales and optimize pipelines
  • Represent Honeywell at industry conferences and customer events to enhance brand visibility
