Key Responsibilities
- Develop and debug embedded firmware for microcontrollers and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Design low-level drivers and interfaces for sensors, actuators, and communication protocols.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and validation of embedded software modules.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Optimize code for performance, power consumption, and reliability in resource-constrained environments.
- Document designs, code, and test procedures following industry standards like MISRA and DO-178C.
- Support root cause analysis and resolution of field issues.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Embedded Systems or related field (experience)
- Experience with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, or Ethernet (experience)
- Certifications like ARM Accredited Engineer or ISTQB Foundation Level (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design, code, and implement embedded firmware for microcontroller-based systems using C/C++
- Develop and integrate peripheral drivers for sensors, displays, and wireless modules
- Conduct thorough testing including unit tests, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulations, and system-level validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and architectures
- Optimize embedded software for real-time performance, low power, and memory efficiency
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and safety-critical guidelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues during development and post-deployment phases
