Key Responsibilities
- Develop and debug embedded firmware for microcontrollers and real-time operating systems (RTOS) in safety-critical environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate embedded software with hardware peripherals, sensors, and communication protocols.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards like MISRA and DO-178C.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and agile sprints to deliver high-quality, maintainable codebases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in embedded systems using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debugging tools.
- Support prototyping and validation of new embedded designs for IoT-enabled devices and control systems.

Responsibilities
- Design, code, and test embedded firmware for microcontroller-based systems using C/C++ and assembly language
- Integrate and validate communication interfaces such as CAN, Ethernet, and wireless protocols in embedded applications
- Perform debugging and optimization of real-time embedded software using tools like JTAG debuggers and protocol analyzers
- Develop drivers and middleware for sensors, actuators, and peripherals in IoT and control systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to prototype and iterate on PCB designs and firmware interactions
- Document code, create test plans, and participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality and traceability
- Support system-level testing and deployment of embedded solutions in production environments
