Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable connectivity platforms, including IoT-enabled services for aircraft fleets.
  • Manage a cross-functional team of 10-15 engineers, fostering technical excellence and agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and global aerospace customers to define and deliver service roadmaps.
  • Oversee integration of cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) with avionics systems for seamless data connectivity.
  • Drive innovation in predictive analytics and digital services to optimize aircraft performance and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (e.g., DO-178C, ARINC) and manage project budgets and timelines.

  • Proven track record delivering connectivity or service-oriented solutions (e.g., cloud platforms, real-time data systems) (experience)
  • Experience with aerospace standards and regulations (e.g., DO-178C, RTCA DO-254) (experience)
  • Strong project management skills with tools like Jira, Confluence, or MS Project (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration (experience)
  • Certifications such as PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Six Sigma (experience)
  • Experience in avionics systems, predictive maintenance, or aircraft connectivity protocols (e.g., ARINC 429, AFDX) (experience)

  • Lead the architecture and development of services and connectivity platforms for aerospace applications, ensuring scalability and reliability
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team, setting clear goals and fostering professional growth
