Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support for engineering systems, troubleshooting complex issues in hardware, software, and integrated solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 engineering support specialists, fostering skill development and performance excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance to resolve technical challenges and implement solutions.
  • Analyze support processes and metrics to identify inefficiencies, then design and deploy improvements that enhance response times and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials to standardize support practices.
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for recurring issues, recommending preventive measures and process optimizations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline (experience)
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt, ITIL, or CompTIA (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced technical support for engineering hardware, software, and integrated systems, resolving complex issues within SLA timelines
  • Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of engineering support specialists to achieve departmental goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and implement solutions for technical escalations
  • Conduct process audits and data analysis to identify bottlenecks, then develop and deploy efficiency-enhancing improvements
  • Create and update comprehensive technical documentation, SOPs, and training resources for global teams
  • Perform root cause analysis on support incidents and recommend proactive measures to prevent recurrence
  • Ensure all support activities comply with regulatory standards and Honeywell quality management systems
