Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage incoming customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through Honeywell's ECM platforms, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including field service, IT, and customer support, to investigate and resolve complex issues.
  • Analyze customer interaction data to identify trends and recommend process enhancements for improved service delivery.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating ECM repositories, ensuring content accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with data governance standards.
  • Support the development of customer-facing documentation and knowledge base articles to streamline future inquiries.
  • Participate in feedback loops with stakeholders to refine service processes and elevate overall customer experience metrics.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as resolution time and satisfaction scores, generating reports for management review.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum) (experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (experience)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with reliable access to technology (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Information Systems or related field (experience)
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint or AIIM ECM Foundation (experience)
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or ServiceNow (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Handle and triage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via ECM platforms to ensure rapid response times
  • Collaborate with Field Service, IT, and support teams to diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Analyze feedback data using ECM analytics tools to identify recurring themes and process bottlenecks
  • Update and organize digital content repositories to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs to empower self-service customer resolutions
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as first-contact resolution rate and customer satisfaction scores
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by proposing data-driven enhancements to service workflows
