  • Develop and distribute event promotional materials, including invitations, agendas, and digital content, utilizing tools like Eventbrite and Cvent.
  • Support registration processes, attendee communications, and real-time troubleshooting to deliver exceptional participant experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and executive teams to align events with brand guidelines and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain event databases, track ROI metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports to inform future initiatives.
