Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems, to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules using CMMS software to optimize equipment lifespan and reduce costs.
- Lead root cause analysis for maintenance issues, implementing corrective actions to improve reliability and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations through regular audits, training programs, and risk assessments.
- Manage a team of 8-12 maintenance technicians, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and development plans to build high-performing capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and procurement, to execute facility upgrades and capital projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor energy usage and implement sustainability initiatives to align with Honeywell's environmental goals.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and schedule all facilities maintenance activities to ensure 99% uptime for critical systems
- Conduct regular safety inspections and lead emergency response drills for the team
- Develop and manage annual maintenance budgets, targeting 10-15% cost reductions through efficiency gains
- Mentor and train maintenance staff on best practices and new technologies
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement of parts and services, negotiating contracts for optimal value
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
