Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site electrical installation teams, coordinating schedules, resources, and safety protocols for large-scale industrial projects.
- Provide expert troubleshooting for complex electrical systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and distributed control systems (DCS).
- Ensure precise implementation of automation solutions, validating system performance against design specifications and client requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis on installation failures, developing corrective actions to minimize downtime and enhance reliability.
- Train and mentor field technicians on Honeywell best practices, electrical codes (NEC), and safety standards (OSHA).
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer teams to translate technical requirements into actionable installation plans.

- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes (NEC), safety standards (OSHA), and industrial protocols (experience)
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and control panel assembly (experience)
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and possess a valid driver's license (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline (experience)
- Professional certifications such as PE (Professional Engineer), ISA CCST, or NFPA 70E (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell Experion or TDC systems (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field teams in the installation, commissioning, and startup of electrical automation systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Develop and execute detailed installation plans, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets
- Perform system testing, loop checks, and FAT/SAT protocols to verify operational integrity
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct safety audits to maintain zero-incident performance
- Interface with clients to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and resolve escalations
- Document all installations, generating as-built drawings and maintenance reports
