- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (experience)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or certifications such as ISA CCST or NFPA 70E (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell automation systems (e.g., Experion, TDC 3000) or DCS/PLC programming (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field teams in the installation, commissioning, and startup of electrical systems for industrial automation projects
- Troubleshoot and repair advanced electrical issues in PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and instrumentation to minimize downtime
- Develop and execute detailed installation plans, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality metrics
- Perform system integration testing, loop checks, and FAT/SAT protocols for customer acceptance
- Collaborate with Honeywell engineering and customer stakeholders to recommend optimizations and upgrades
- Document all field activities, generate detailed reports, and maintain accurate as-built documentation
- Promote a culture of safety by conducting toolbox talks, hazard analyses, and compliance training
