- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically, with valid driver's license and willingness for occasional overnight stays (experience)

Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites to install, configure, and commission Honeywell automation hardware and software solutions

- Execute preventive maintenance, software upgrades, and firmware updates to enhance system reliability and performance
- Train end-users and maintenance teams on proper operation, troubleshooting, and safety procedures for installed systems
- Generate comprehensive service reports, including findings, recommendations, and billable hours for internal and customer review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and contribute to product improvement feedback loops
