Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of complex Honeywell control systems, sensors, and automation equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools, root cause analysis, and system optimization techniques to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct training sessions for customer operators and maintenance teams on system operation, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and sales to develop customized service solutions and support product improvements.
  • Prepare detailed service reports, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with international safety and regulatory standards such as ISO and OSHA equivalents.
  • Travel internationally (up to 50%) to customer sites, managing logistics and adapting to multicultural environments.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including spare parts management and predictive maintenance strategies using IoT and data analytics.

  • Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to client teams for sustained system performance
