Operating in a hybrid model, you will balance on-site customer engagements with remote collaboration, ensuring maximum system uptime and customer satisfaction across diverse international locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of complex Honeywell control systems, sensors, and automation equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools, root cause analysis, and system optimization techniques to minimize downtime.
- Conduct training sessions for customer operators and maintenance teams on system operation, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and sales to develop customized service solutions and support product improvements.
- Prepare detailed service reports, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with international safety and regulatory standards such as ISO and OSHA equivalents.
- Travel internationally (up to 50%) to customer sites, managing logistics and adapting to multicultural environments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including spare parts management and predictive maintenance strategies using IoT and data analytics.

- Proven track record of troubleshooting and repairing complex electro-mechanical systems in field environments (experience)
- Ability to travel internationally up to 50% and work in hybrid on-site/remote settings (experience)
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO, CE marking) (experience)
- Valid driver's license and passport with ability to obtain necessary work visas (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline (experience)
- Honeywell-specific certifications (e.g., Experion PKS, TDC 3000) or equivalent vendor training (experience)
- Experience with IoT, predictive analytics, or PLC/SCADA systems (experience)
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission Honeywell automation and control systems at international customer sites
- Diagnose system failures using diagnostic software, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers to ensure rapid resolution
- Perform calibration, testing, and upgrades on sensors, controllers, and HMI interfaces
- Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to client teams for sustained system performance
- Generate comprehensive service reports, including failure analysis and recommendations for preventive actions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to provide field feedback for product enhancements and reliability improvements
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, optimizing for cost-efficiency and availability
