  • Proven supervisory experience leading field installation teams on complex projects (experience)
  • Ability to travel up to 90% throughout the United States (experience)
  • Strong understanding of NEC, UL standards, and industrial safety regulations (experience)
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work in various environments including industrial sites (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field (experience)
  • Certifications such as ISA Certified Control Systems Technician (CCST) or PMP (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell's Experion PKS or DeltaV systems (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site electrical installations, upgrades, and retrofits for industrial automation equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex issues in PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and instrumentation
  • Perform system commissioning, loop checks, and functional testing to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and execute detailed service plans, including risk assessments and safety protocols
  • Train customer operators and maintenance staff on system functionality and best practices
  • Generate comprehensive service reports, as-built documentation, and recommendations for system enhancements
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to resolve escalated issues and support new product introductions
