- Master's degree in Engineering or related field (experience)
- Certifications such as ISA Certified Control Systems Technician (CCST) or PMP (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell's Experion PKS or DeltaV systems (experience)
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate on-site electrical installations, upgrades, and retrofits for industrial automation equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair complex issues in PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and instrumentation
- Perform system commissioning, loop checks, and functional testing to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and execute detailed service plans, including risk assessments and safety protocols
- Train customer operators and maintenance staff on system functionality and best practices
- Generate comprehensive service reports, as-built documentation, and recommendations for system enhancements
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to resolve escalated issues and support new product introductions
