Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs of Honeywell industrial control systems, sensors, and automation equipment.
- Install and commission new systems, ensuring seamless integration with customer infrastructure.
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer teams to resolve technical issues and recommend upgrades.
- Document service activities, generate reports, and update service databases for continuous improvement.
- Train customer personnel on system operation, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and Honeywell quality procedures during all field activities.

- Valid passport and willingness to obtain necessary work visas for international assignments (experience)
- Strong safety awareness and compliance with OSHA/ISO standards (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline (experience)
- Certifications such as ISA Certified Control Systems Technician (CCST) or Honeywell-specific training (experience)
- Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, or Honeywell's Experion PKS platform (experience)
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites worldwide to diagnose and resolve issues with Honeywell control systems and instrumentation
- Execute installations, upgrades, and retrofits of field devices, ensuring alignment with project specifications
- Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures using diagnostic tools and data analytics
- Deliver technical training sessions and create user documentation for end-users
- Interface with cross-functional teams to develop service strategies and improvement plans
- Maintain accurate records of service activities in Honeywell's CRM and ERP systems
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols during fieldwork
