Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs of Honeywell industrial control systems, sensors, and automation equipment.
  • Install and commission new systems, ensuring seamless integration with customer infrastructure.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and calibration to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer teams to resolve technical issues and recommend upgrades.
  • Document service activities, generate reports, and update service databases for continuous improvement.
  • Train customer personnel on system operation, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and Honeywell quality procedures during all field activities.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting electromechanical systems and industrial automation (experience)
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50-70% and work in hybrid remote/field environments (experience)
  • Valid passport and willingness to obtain necessary work visas for international assignments (experience)
  • Strong safety awareness and compliance with OSHA/ISO standards (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline (experience)
  • Certifications such as ISA Certified Control Systems Technician (CCST) or Honeywell-specific training (experience)
  • Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, or Honeywell's Experion PKS platform (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer sites worldwide to diagnose and resolve issues with Honeywell control systems and instrumentation
  • Execute installations, upgrades, and retrofits of field devices, ensuring alignment with project specifications
  • Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures using diagnostic tools and data analytics
  • Deliver technical training sessions and create user documentation for end-users
  • Interface with cross-functional teams to develop service strategies and improvement plans
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities in Honeywell's CRM and ERP systems
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols during fieldwork
