  • Conduct training sessions for customer technicians and end-users on system operation, safety protocols, and best practices to enhance client self-sufficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (experience)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support for industrial automation, aerospace, or control systems (experience)
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical systems in field environments (experience)
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50-70% and ability to obtain necessary work visas and clearances (experience)
  • Proficiency in reading technical schematics, P&IDs, and using diagnostic tools (experience)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in diverse, sometimes remote locations (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline (experience)
  • Honeywell product certifications (e.g., Experion PKS, TDC 3000) or equivalent vendor-specific credentials (experience)
  • International field service experience in EMEA, APAC, or Latin America regions (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and commission Honeywell control systems and instrumentation at customer sites worldwide
  • Diagnose, repair, and upgrade field hardware and software to resolve system failures and performance issues
  • Perform root cause analysis on service incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Train customer personnel on system operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures
  • Collaborate with remote engineering teams via digital tools to develop custom solutions and enhancements
  • Manage service documentation, parts logistics, and compliance reporting in Honeywell's ERP systems
  • Support emergency service calls, achieving high first-time fix rates and customer satisfaction metrics
