Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of Honeywell systems and equipment.
  • Lead service projects, coordinating timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and client expectations.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues using diagnostic tools, schematics, and root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Train customers and end-users on system operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Document service activities, generate reports, and maintain accurate records in Honeywell's service management systems.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify service opportunities and recommend upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and Honeywell quality policies during all field activities.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer with proven Service /project /experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment and systems, while also managing service-related projects from initiation to completion.   • 5+ years of hands-on experience in field service, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial equipment or automation systems (experience)
  • Proven track record managing service projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting and scheduling (experience)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex systems (experience)
  • Ability to travel internationally (up to 50%) and work in hybrid on-site/remote environments (experience)
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and using diagnostic tools (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Field Service Engineer (CFSE), Honeywell-specific training, or ISA CCST (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell products (e.g., Experion PKS, Control Systems, or Building Management Systems) (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site surveys, installations, and commissioning of Honeywell automation and control systems ensuring optimal performance
  • Diagnose, repair, and upgrade equipment using advanced diagnostic software and tools to minimize downtime
  • Manage end-to-end service projects, developing work plans, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering within scope, time, and budget
  • Provide technical training and support to clients, enhancing their operational capabilities and satisfaction
  • Perform preventive maintenance and calibration services to extend equipment lifecycle and reliability
  • Generate detailed service reports, spare parts recommendations, and continuous improvement proposals
  • Collaborate with global teams to resolve escalated issues and implement best practices in field service operations
